What to do if you are a Drama Queen…

  • Take a deep breath – Count to 10 if needed
  • Take time out to think about how lucky you are
  • If you are alone, write a list of all the things in your life you are thankful for
  • Give yourself time, uninterrupted
    …Take a bath, put on a facemask, read a book
  • Go out for the day and leave your phone at home
    …Start to acknowledge the things in life you have been overlooking while glued to your phone
