Styling Strappy Sandals with @stylepetal
Primrose knows what’s hot when it comes to trends & today is going to share her fave PD sandals and how to style them up! Over to Prim..
I’ve been a sucker for all of the 90’s vibes recently and when knot-tied and strappy sandals burst hard on the scene last year, I knew I had to jump in this time round. Especially now that England has sandal season approved and prolonged, good weather!
Teamed with denim cut offs, your fave mom jeans when the temps drop or a bellowing shirt dress, there’s been no time I’ve been at a loss of how to style these babies up, or had an outfit they don’t work with! The pink Bianca Heels I was instantly drawn to because they’re the perfect accompaniment to a floral or chiffon dress.
Brilliant if you’re attending the races, garden parties or a summer wedding this year. Chic, comfortable, and the most delicate and flattering nude/pink, they’ve been my go-to this year for events – a stylish and absolute failsafe option that will last you years!
But it goes without saying the black Bianca’s are without a doubt, my most worn shoe over the last couple of months.
I love how these make for a perfectly, summery shoe update, but you could also rock them into the autumnal months. I’m also forgetting how much height the heels give, because the comfortability of them means they feel like a sandal with a much short heel, which in my opinion is always going to be winner. Who want’s to spend the summer in an uncomfortable shoe?!
Fab for festivals, but also smartened up with a tailored shirt, or my fave pairing – some denim, a white tee, a rope bag and a swipe of red lippy! These have become a firm, wardrobe staple and I forvever pack these into my holiday capsule wardrobe! I love the tie detail and find they can really help elongated the legs, depending on how you tie them. Effortless, laid back and a classic shape – you can’t step a sartorial foot wrong!
