Scan the code on your phone at the locker
Put your parcel inside and shut the door
When your return is collected from the locker, a label will be applied for you by the courier.

You are able to bundle up two boxes together by sellotaping them or placing in a single bag. If there are multiple items then you will have to generate a separate returns code (using the same portal).

TAKE YOUR PARCEL TO ANY POST OFFICE COUNTER AND OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE. PLEASE DO NOT POST THE PACKAGE THROUGH THE POST BOX AS YOU WILL NEED THE POST OFFICE RECEIPT.
PLEASE RETAIN A RECEIPT/PROOF OF POSTAGE AND PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SERVICE IS A SELF-TRACKED SERVICE AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL ONCE WE RECIEVE YOUR RETURN.
Want to return without leaving the house?
Using Parcel Collect through Royal Mail, you can return your order to us without leaving your house.
1.Create your returns label online https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/491
2.)Once you’ve created your label, download and print your return label and then on the same page go to the ‘Want Us To Come You’ section and select book your collection
3.)Follow the link and enter your Royal Mail tracking number from the returns label you had generated above and follow the instructions to arrange your collection, selecting the time and date that’s most convenient for you
4.)Pay the 60p collection fee and checkout
5.)Pop your returns label on the outside of the packaging (please note this must be printed as the driver can not scan the barcode) and have this ready for your nominated collection date and time
*PLEASE NOTE ANY ITEMS IN THE SALE SECTION ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN UNLESS FAULTY. ANY FAULTY ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF PURCHASE.
You can certainly return your item for a refund if it is unworn and in the original packaging and within 28 days from delivery to you.
Sadly we only offer refunds for the item.
Please ensure you include the returns form included in the parcel or if you did not receive a returns form, a covering letter with your invoice or order number, and what you require on it.
