Please Note: Any returns considered as damaged/ dirty or worn will not be accepted as these need to be in a resalable condition and will be returned. Returns not received within the return policy timeframe will also not be accepted.

TikTok Live Shopping Orders
You must initiate a return on TikTok if you would like to return the item back. Returns cannot be accepted if this is not initiated on the TikTok Platform
We have extended our returns policy for the Christmas period. For all orders placed on or after the 4th November you have until the 14th January 2025 to return to us for a refund
UK returns
You May Return Any Item Within 28 Days Of Receipt For A Full Refund Provided The Item Is In Its Original, Unused Condition.
Sadly We Don't Offer Exchanges And The Item Can Only Be Returned For A Refund.

(Please Note, You Can Only Return One Parcel Per Locker. You Are Able To Bundle Up Two Boxes Together And Placing In A Single Bag. If There Are Multiple Items Then You Will Have To Generate A Seperate Returns Code Using The Same Portal).
Royal Mail - £2.50
Make Sure All Old Labels Are Covered On The Outside Of
Your Parcel. Please Keep The Proof Of Postage Receipt In Case Your Parcel Gets Lost. Your Refund Will Be Processed Within 10 Working Days From Receipt And Will Be Refunded To Your Original Payment Method. You Will Receive An Email Once Your Refund Has Been Processed.
International returns
You can certainly return your item for a refund if it is unworn and in the original packaging and within 28 days from delivery to you.
Sadly we only offer refunds for the item.
Please ensure you include the returns form included in the parcel or if you did not receive a returns form, a covering letter with your invoice or order number, and what you require on it.
