Heel heights are measured from the high point where the heel joins the shoe, right to the floor.
Shoe heights are measured from the top point of the shoe, right to the floor.
Thigh Circumference is measured from the very top opening of a long boot.
Calf Width is measured from the widest part of the calf on a long boot.
